To obtain the full refund under the above mentioned guarantee, TDM must be received at the office of Martial Arts Software no later than 30 days from the date of your delivery of TDM. Products purchased in addition to TDM software package such as scanning facilities and the associated material etc., are not covered under this guarantee or any other guarantee unless otherwise stated in writing by Martial Arts Software. The 30 day money back guarantee refers only to the initial purchase of TDM and as such does not include TDM software upgrades, enhancements or any other derivatives or versions of TDM.
